Returns and Refunds


We get it, sometimes we all buy things in the spare of the moment and then worry about the returns process. But at Oud Excellence, we have made the returns process hassle free. Just let us know you want to return your item, we will give you an RMA number, you post it back to us, the item will be inspected and a refund will shortly follow.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase (known as a cooling-off period) to cancel your order. The returned item must be unused, unopened and be returned with any free gifts which may have been included. We cannot accept returns on any used perfumes and incense or if the seal has been broken, regardless of if it was used. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

If you initiate a return due to damage, we will require proof of the damage before a return is accepted. We will cover the cost of returned items due to damage where the proof is submitted and accepted.


We will start to process a refund from the day we receive your item after it has passed inspection. Most refunds are issued the same day or next day to the original payment method. Please contact the payment method provider for how long they will take to process on their side.
